For the general public, we are rolling out online information and in-home consultations with the goal of assisting people in how to plan and manage their own renovation.

Our signature service is the Flip in Place where we help homeowners flip their own house in order to make more money at closing. We also assist our Realtor partner helping buyers renovate older homes to make their own. Our mission is helping homeowners find more equity – whether buying, selling or staying.

We partner with our Real Estate sister company to analyze what your hose would sell for as-is and what it would sell for completely renovated. This helps determine an ideal budget leaving you with a house that should sell easier and for more.

After the reveal of your old house turned new, you can sell the house or enjoy for a few years and then sell.
